How you can make a claim…

It's very easy to use our Price Promise Guarantee. All you need to do is email us at price.match@newitts.com with the following information:

•     The link to the product on the competitors website
•     The competitors price including VAT and any delivery charges

Once we receive your email we will verify your claim to check that it meets the below Terms & Conditions and update our website – simple.

Criteria for Price Match:

•     Identical in all aspects (i.e size, colour, spec quantity)
•     In stock and available for delivery
•     Inclusive of VAT and any delivery charges
•     Viewable and with the ability to be purchased online from the competitors website
•     Newitts must have this product in stock

The competitor's website must be:

•     A UK based ecommerce website able to accept payment, this excludes auction and marketplace websites (eBay, Amazon, Play trade etc...)

We show a ref price for all products online which enables us to fulfill our Price Match Promise quickly to give you, our valued customer, the best possible price. Our Price Promise Guarantee can be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. It is limited to one product per customer and cannot be used with any other offer or promotion. Pricing errors will not be matched.

Price matches will not be applied retrospectively, i.e. if you've ordered something from us and then find it cheaper, then we will not refund you the difference.
