Whilst I am quick to criticise poor service, I would also like to take this opportunity to mention how impressed I am with the service offered by your company. Too many times I have had to return items purchased on the web and suffered extreme delays and general hassle from the supplier.

Not in this instant.

After having to return some shoes purchased (sizing came up small), I was dismayed to find that nearly a week later I had not received the replacement (larger sizing). I was informed that the person in charge of returns was absent due to sickness - unavoidable and understandable. I did wonder how long I would be waiting at this point !! But this one phone call was all it took and the following day the shoes arrived.

In summary I am impressed and will recommend your company for its service efficiency. Keep it up !!
