When will I receive my order?

Collect from Newitts – for orders placed before 3.30pm Monday-Friday. Please check your order tracking online – as soon as the status states despatched, your order will be ready for collection from Newitts reception (open between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday only).

 

Overseas – outside UK – please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

 

Exceptions to above

 

Drop Shipment

You have placed an order that contains one or more items (usually larger items eg. rugby goal posts) which are delivered direct from the Manufacturer (UK only). Therefore, delivery will always default to drop shipment. Delivery for these items can take up to a maximum of 3 weeks. The balance of your order will be despatched immediately by TNT next day at no additional cost.

If there are any problems concerning your order, one of our Sales Team will contact you by email using the email address stated on the order. Please respond as soon as possible as this may result in a delay despatching your order.
